Once you place your order, we decide which creation location is closest to yours, to reduce the environmental impact of transport and product waste, and then we excitedly begin creation for you!

Products take between 2-5 days to be crafted, assembled, hand-finished, pass a 3-step check to then be hand-packaged and prepared for shipping with one of many of our reputable couriers.

We have strategically located creation centres for faster shipping times, lower
shipping costs for you and it also helps with reducing CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.

Each parcel is hand-packaged and secured in made-to-measure recyclable packaging. Then, they undergo a multiple-check process before it leaves the creation centre to
ensure a safe product and a smooth and speedy delivery.

Once you've placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with the most up-to-date estimated time of delivery. Closer to the given delivery dates, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep a close eye on when
your art will arrive.

HERE'S OUR SHIPPING POLICY

To make the most of the vibrancy and long life-span of these artworks, a care advice leaflet is sent with every product. Here are a few vital tips that will help you choose the safest location for your piece, as well as how to take care of it and mount it.

Your artwork will last for many years and retain their vibrancy and colour due to their fade-resistant qualities. Ideally, try to keep artwork indoors, away from direct sunlight and protected from extreme temperatures, such as above a radiator, to avoid warping and damage.

Handle the products by holding the back and avoid touching the front as our skin has damaging oils and leaves smudges.

CLEANING
Canvases & Frames can be wiped down with a soft, clean, dry cloth or a feather duster when required. Ensure you check cloths and dusters for any hard debris that may scratch or damage your art.

Once you receive your eagerly awaited art, there are a few steps to take to make the most of the piece for many years to come. As mentioned before, our pieces are UV and fade resistant to elongate the lifespan of your art but for best results, but do protect them from direct sunlight, above a heat source or in a bathroom/sauna.

Also avoid placing adjacent to a window or strong light source as it'll degrade the colour of the canvas/paper.
